An Analysis of the Causes of Complaints about Steel Sheets in Metallurgical Product Quality Management Systems

Sitko, The Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Organization and Management, Zabrze, Poland The publication presents the causes of complaints about metallurgical products, illustrated with an example of steel sheets, with a particular focus on the reasons having their source in the human factor. The publication has been based on direct research and analysis of complaints made available by a metallurgical plant. The obtained results have been enriched with theoretical considerations on quality management systems for metallurgical products.
